We give a one year guarantee that the puppy is free from congenital or hereditary conditions that would adversely affect the health of the puppy. We also guarantee your Yorkie puppy to be healthy at the time of purchase.
All Yorkie puppies are given a puppy well check by our Veterinarian before leaving to a new family.
As a condition of the sale, you must take your new Yorkie puppy to a Vet of your choice (at buyer's expense) within 24 hours of pickup for a well puppy check. Seller shall be notified within 24 hours of the sale if the buyers veterinarian determines that the puppy has an untreatable life threatening disease or illness. Puppy is to be returned with written verification from the buyers Veterinarian as to the puppy's condition. If our Vet agrees with the buyers Vet then, at the seller's sole discretion, will either give a refund (for the puppy only) or a replacement puppy of equal value as soon as one is available.
If the buyer elects not to take their new puppy to a veterinarian within the 24 hour period of receiving it, then all guarantees are null and void, and you the buyer accept the puppy as being sold as-is.
All puppies are sold with limited registration unless otherwise discussed.
